All final financial decisions are the sole responsibility of the Client. The Coach does not guarantee specific financial outcomes or wealth accumulation.

By completing payment for this session, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the following:

• This is a single 60-minute coaching session delivered via Zoom.

• The session is focused on the specific financial question or situation provided at booking.

• Payment is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.

• Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be forfeited and cannot be refunded.

• All information shared during the session is strictly confidential.

• Session materials and any resources shared are the intellectual property of The Audacity Way and may not be reproduced or distributed.

• The Client is strictly prohibited from recording the session without prior written consent.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States of America. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in the state of Texas.
