This SMS service is offered by The Audacity Way. We are a financial coaching company specializing in helping first gen wealth builders build real wealth through intentional budgeting, debt payoff, investing, and legacy planning, while still living fully and taking care of their families.

By opting into this SMS program, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and informational text messages from us, including but not limited to: session reminders, program updates, homework delivery notifications, coaching tips, community updates, and important information related to our financial coaching services.

2.2 Opt-Out, Rejoining, and Help Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time.

• Opt-Out: Simply text the keyword STOP to +1 469-473-3775. Upon sending STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. You will no longer receive SMS messages from us following that confirmation.

• Rejoining: To rejoin the program, sign up as you did initially (e.g., through our website), and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

• Help: If you experience issues with the messaging program or need assistance, reply with the keyword HELP. Alternatively, reach out directly at coaching@theaudacityway.com.

2.3 Messaging Disclaimers

• Message and Data Rates: Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

• Carrier Disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

All payments for services are due as outlined in your invoice or enrollment agreement. By completing payment you agree to the terms of the service purchased.

• Refund Policy: Due to the digital and time-intensive nature of our coaching services, all sales are final unless otherwise agreed in writing. If you have concerns about your purchase, please contact us at coaching@theaudacityway.com within 48 hours of payment.

• Installment Plans: If you have elected an installment payment plan, you agree to make payments on the agreed schedule. Failure to make payments may result in suspension of access to coaching services until payment is received.

• Convenience Fee: A 3% convenience fee applies to card payments. No fee applies to Zelle payments.

All content provided through The Audacity Way, including course materials, worksheets, videos, frameworks, written content, and branding, is the intellectual property of The Audacity Way and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any of our materials without prior written permission.
